The primary focus (mission) of the Human Resources Project Manager (HR PM) is to be “hands on” to lead & drive the full cycle (coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion) of all Human Resources related projects for America and EU.

  • Travel - up to 80%

Responsabilities

  • Leader of the project lifecycle and held accountable for the outputs
  • Partner with key personnel to ensure there is consistent support with ongoing HR operational projects
  • In partnership with Finance, analyze scope of projects against approved financial budgets and remain within scope
  • Recommends HR Operational process improvements to HR Leadership, Executive Sponsors and Senior Leaders and ensure they are aligned and/or enhance the overall company mission
  • Responsible for the development and management of detailed project plans to include building Gant charts, identifying critical paths & milestones and ensure resources are qualified and probable
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all HR related Operational Projects by maintaining strong industry and external HR knowledge of applicable trends
  • Change Agent: training of any new processes, communication, transition, risk mitigation, post-launch analysis, etc.
  • Minimal travel may be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • At least 5 years of experience in related field required
  • At least 4-years in the HR field desirable
  • Preferred experience in HRIS (iCIMS, UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleAnswers, etc.)
  • Six Sigma certification desirable
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into HR Operational outputs
